CheckIn Process
Our associates will be waiting for you in the check-in area where things will be finalized. Payment of fees, choice of options, etc. will be made. Once the process is completed, you will be given a bracelet that is your confirmation that you are ready to participate in the activity

Explanation of safety and use
Before starting the tour, a short safety talk will be held to familiarize you with the necessary rules and precautions. You will be informed about speed limits, restricted areas and precautions to ensure your safety and that of the other participants.
In the same way, there will be a time for you to do some test runs in a safe area and to identify if you and the ATV are ready to go out and face the desert.

The Cabo ATV Tour offers the possibility of viewing the photos at the end of the excursion. This involves quickly downloading the photos to a device or computer and viewing them right then and there. You may have the option to select and purchase the photos you wish to keep. (not included and is 100% optional)

We take care of taking you back to your hotel! After having enjoyed the exciting Cabo ATV Tour, our service includes transportation back to your hotel. Our goal is to bring you comfort and make sure you end your experience safely and conveniently.
Our team will be ready to accompany you and ensure that you arrive comfortably and smoothly at your place of lodging. Once you have finished your Cabo ATV tour and are ready to head back, our driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
Restrictions
Safety is our top priority, and that is why we have the following restrictions
Check this list:
- To apply for payment the day of the excursion you must be a groups of less than 4 people. If you make two reservations we cannot guarantee that you will be in the same group
- It is strictly prohibited to use cell phones while driving
- The insurance does not cover accidents when cell phones are misused and the guest will be asked to pay all repair costs
- Insurance payment is mandatory, it is for your safety.
- Payment for the use of the facilities is mandatory, otherwise they will not let us use the paths or access to the beach
- Pregnant women are not allowed
- Driver Minimum Age: Children 16 years and older may drive alone only if they present a driver's license and consent form signed by a legal guardian or parent; they must also meet certain requirements, such as size and strength.
- The minimum age of the companion is 6 years
- It is mandatory to have a valid driver's license, the insurance requires it
- Maximum weight is 300 pounds or 136 kilos
- Minimum weight is 90 pounds or 40 kilos
- For obvious reasons it is necessary to know how to drive
- It is important to be on time at the meeting place, out of respect for the other guests, remember it is a shared excursion
- People under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult responsible for them.
- Cannot participate with obvious effects of alcohol or drugs.
- Not recommended for pregnant women or people with back or neck problems
- Be well physically and emotionally
- Have a feeling of tolerance and respect for other people
Cancellations
We have several departures throughout the day, if for some reason you miss the transportation in the morning, and if we have spaces at the next departure time, the van can pick you up again.
The most important thing is that you notify us, if for any reason, you are not going to participate in this excursion, so that there are no penalties
Any cancellation notifications will only be accepted 24 hours before the tour date. The full deposit made for the tour is refunded after deducting the 15% administrative fee. No refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received 12 hours or less prior to the tour date.

"We LOVED our ATV experience. It was so much fun and our guide Darvin was wonderful! Darvin made our experience so memorable and we cannot thank him enough. He led our tour based on our driving abilities which we really appreciated since I am a more hesitant driver and my husband is not. He went slow enough for me and we stayed on the beach while my husband got to drive fast and go through many quick turns in the desert. We loved the views and the whole experience. "Super fun experience! The terrain is very fun because it’s full of hills and turns. It’s an amazing off-roading terrain that my family and I have never been through before! Our tour guide, Reyes, was excellent, kind, and very fun to talk to. He showed us around very nicely and let us have lots of fun with the speed of our UTVs. It was unusually cold at the time we went because of the breeze from the ocean, even though it is summer. Definitely pack a sweatshirt. Looking forward to our next tour!"
