How a zipline works: It is a very basic principle: It mounts on an aircraft grade steel cable with a pulley and a safety harness with a main safety strap that can carry more than 20 times its own weight and a second one acting as backup. It travels using gravity because the cable has a slight downward tilt, this makes the cables unidirectional, which means they only work one way and not back. Now you may be wondering about the brakes, well your pulley has a friction brake that stops you at the end of the zip line and there is always an instructor waiting at the end to help you. This simplicity is what makes it so safe. Nothing too complicated that makes it impossible to have any user error.
There are 7 zip lines in addition to a suspended bridge and a rappelling option, which is optional, depending on how adventurous you are.

"We went with 5 of us (2 adults, a 15 y/o boy and a 13 and12 y/o girls) and had a blast. Our youngest is normally a little scared to try new things specially when it involves heights but she loved it. They start out with a short learning zipline (164 ft and only 35 feet high) so everyone feels comfortable with the procedure. Going two or three at a time was alot of fun. They staff was very good and helpful. If they allow you to go backwards it is faster so try it out. I am a bigger guy so the weight limits are higher than some of the others."
