All levels are able to participate with a great instructor to guide you through the trails, Ricardo, who brings his knowledge, expertise and love of biking. You are provided with bikes, helmets, gloves and water. I would also bring sunscreen to apply before taking off, and your phone to take pictures along the way. The trail was moderately challenging for beginners due to the sand, but the rolling hills, several twists and turns over rocky/sandy terrain make it a fun and exciting workout! We stopped a few times along the way to hydrate and keep the group together (about 6 of us with varying fitness levels), and take in the mountainous scenery. The excursion ends with a delicious Mexican lunch and tequila tasting. I highly recommend this trip to any one who likes biking, staying active while on vacation and doesn’t mind a little rugged adventure!"
